Before I was a coach, I was a competitor. I spent years playing professional basketball — grinding through training camps, pushing through injuries, and learning what it truly takes to perform at an elite level. That experience didn't just shape my game. It shaped how I coach.
When my playing career ended, I knew exactly what I wanted to do next: take everything I learned on the court and use it to help others unlock their potential. I became a certified performance coach because I believe the same principles that built professional athletes — discipline, smart programming, and relentless accountability — work for everyone.

MY STORY
I've been in and around fitness my entire life — as an athlete, a competitor, and eventually a coach. I know what it feels like to grind through a plateau, to push past doubt, and to finally break through to the other side.
